Fernando Jose Garcia Barros is the current director of the Space of Management and Contemporary Creation mARTadero project, Arts incubator (www.martadero.org), and has been working for over twenty five years promoting development through contemporary culture, and in constant dialogue with the heritage, especially the industrial one.
WE WILL TALK WITH HIM ABOUT THE strategic transformation towards mARTadero 3.0, with more prevalent social and cultural creative public policy, and as a regional hub space for the connection, creation and promotion of contemporary art, from Bolivia to Southamerica.
